[3.3.x] Support Forum • Pre-load or pre-authorise users based on email address

I have a list of members of a club for my proposed forum. Some 300+ email addresses are used to identify member of the club.

I am currently proposing to use the 'By Admin' feature to activate new members, but this means manually checking the email against the list.

Is there a neat way to pre-load all of the emails that are already 'authorised'? Or to automatically activate based on "permitted" email address?
